Can I use Lift on wet and dry hair?

Lift is most effective when applied to wet hair, before heat styling. You can also reactivate Lift between wash days by zhuzhing dry hair with your fingers.
If my hair feels sticky after I use Lift, what am I doing wrong?

Lift is concentrated, so stickiness comes from using too much product or spraying it too close to the root. Spritz sparingly on damp hair, 6 to 10 inches from where you want to add volume or lock in curl definition.
