Can I get a sample before purchasing?

We don't offer single-use samples - and that's a principled decision. New Wash requires more than one wash to show what it can do. A sample sachet would almost certainly be tried once and abandoned before any real benefits became apparent. A 60-day return and refund policy on first-time purchases of any full-size product - a substantially better guarantee than a sample. If it isn't working, reach out before giving up.
